How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 8~10 working days or less to USA, Canada, Australia and  most west european countries. somtimes it may take a few more days beause of  the air plane or clear customs problem, if you didn't get the package too long please email us, we will deal your problem in 24 hours.

Is every shoes with box?
Yes, We shipped  all shoes with shoes box and retro card and package carefully.

4. Q: Can I  pay over the phone?
A: Sorry, currently we don't accept any payment  over phone. Please visit our website to pick your favorite items and finish  your payment online.

5. Q: Is my  payment on your site secure?

6. Q: What  should I do if I am getting an error when I pay with my credit card?
A: If you are trying to checkout using credit card  as your payment method but receiving an error, please go back and place  an order again, your previous orders placed without payment should be  cancelled within 24 hours. Please check with your credit card company  to verify that your card is in good standing, if your three orders or  more did not go through, please contact us for assistance.

7. Q: What  would happen if my order did not go through but my credit card charged?
A:If you did not receive an order confirmation number within 24-48 hours,  your order was not completed. If your credit card is charged for the unsuccessful order, we will return funds to your credit card account. The refund will  appear on to your credit card account within 24-48 hours, depending your  credit card company’s processing time. All successful orders that receive  an order confirmation number will be charged when the item is shipped  from our warehouse.

8. Q: What  can I do, if I cannot place an order successfully online?
A: If you encounter this problem, please try the  following steps: First, please clear the cookies, restart the browser,  turn off Firewall and then try again. Second, if the problem persists,  please change another computer or another internet browser, such as Firefox,  and then try. Or you can try to login after several hours. 1. Q: Are all  your items in stock?
A: Generally speaking, all of our items listed on the website are available.  But occasionally some items may be out of order due to strong demand. If you  pickup an item and pay for it, but for any reason it is not available, we will  contact you as quickly as possible, and either suggest you to choose the other  similar item or process a promptly refund to your account.

2. Q: Can  I change my order after my credit card is charged?
A: Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed, it is  difficult to make modification and cancelation. If you want to change your order,  please click the button contact us. We shall do our best to accommodate your  situation. But once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed  or cancelled.

3. Q: Can I  cancel my order?
A: Cancellation must be requested before the item  has been shipped. We typically processed the order within 24 hours and  shipped the item within 24-48 hours. After the item has been shipped,  the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Q: How do  I cancel an order?
A: Please contact our customer service via email  within 24 hours of purchasing. But please be advised that sometimes the  items are shipped within 24 hours after the placement of the order, depending  on the time you place the order – the closer to the parcel pick-up time  (by shipping companies), the faster the items are shipped.

Please note that you should  have the order number and email address to track the order status. We will email  the tracking number to you. Please note that carrier's website may not update  the records and parcel status in time.

What is return policy?
We want to thank you for shopping at our website and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsure about your purchase, please do not wear the item(s). Merchandise may be returned under the guidelines  on this page (below).

How do I return a purchase?
You may return a purchase by mail, according to the guidelines for each  method stated below. After 20 days, items may not be returned for any  reason. Apparel items must be in unused original condition with tags still  attached unless problems in manufacturing exist. Before you return an  item by mail, please read the following policy first:
a. If your products are lost as the shipping company's fault on the  road or before it was sent abroad, please tell us, then we will resend  your items for free or refund the payment to you.
b. We offer all the products pictures to you before your purchase. Pls  confirm that the size and colour is what u want. If we send your item  according to the details you offer to us, we couldn't refund payment  to you, but accept for exchange. Return shipping is at buyer's expense.
c. Upon receipt of your order, please examine it carefully. If you find  our products are in a bad quality or mistaken version within 3days, pls  take photos of them and send them to us. Then we will resend the good  items for free or refund money to you. We will take full responsibility  if our goods have any quality problems.
d. we advises that when shipping product back, customers should choose  the same shipper that delivered the product, as well as insure the item  for full value should anything happen during shipping. we are not responsible  for returned product in transit.
e. If your order is out of stock, we will send e-mail to you to ask you  to change for another item or just refund all your payment (including  your freight) to you within 24 hours.
